My work extends beyond the U.S. through Apod Prime Holdings, LLC in Japan, where I partner with my wife, Atty. Rhoda Yabes Alvarez, to advise Japanese nationals interested in migrating to or doing business in the Philippines or the United States.

I also serve as Of Counsel to our law office in the Philippines, expanding our ability to serve clients with cross-border legal needs, including migration, investments, and international transactions.

Together, these roles create a truly global practice that bridges California, Hawaii, Japan, and the Philippines.
